Siemens S7-1200
The Siemens S7-1200 series PLCs are introduced as compact and powerful in the recently released Siemens newsletters. For this reason, we use S7-1200 PLC for automation of treatment plant. The treatment plant MCC, PLC and compensation panels are projected and manufactured for ISKI facilities. Using Siemens S7-1200 PLC and KTP series touch screens automatic control of distrubution treatment plants has been done. In the central station, TIA Portal WinCC skada software was implemented with Siemens TCS Telecontrol Server Basic. The GSM communication technology of the Turkish service provider has been utilized and the purification facilities at the remote stations are connected to the central station. Trend charts and data history charts related to remote stations were created on the central station server computer
WIRELESS COMMUNICATION (PHOTO PRINTING MACHINE)
In the octopus printing machine automation, as a wireless access point, data transfer between two PLCs was provided by using Airties brand, and no brushes and bracelets were used in the rotating mechanical parts. So there was no problem in data transmission.
CONTROLLING THE JIGTER MACHINE WITH LENZE 8400 INVERTER
8400 lenze drivers control the AC motors of the jigger machine precisely by CAN communication. Tension and speed control have been successfully implemented.
INTERNSHIP AND EDUCATION
The University of Haute Alsace Instutu de Technologie de Touluse in France has successfully completed the internship work in our company for 10 weeks and has printed our firm's name in the school with the study. The internship topic is 'Siemens TIA portal and long distance GSM infrastructure communication using TCS', which further strengthens the already existing infrastructure on the subject.
